We zijn in 2012 begonnen met onze activiteiten met de thuiszorg. Met de tijd hebben we een nieuwe locatie geopend in Soest. Na het zien van de behoefte voor een woonzorglocatie voor ouderen met een migratieachtergrond hebben we recent in 2020 een nieuwe Woonzorgcentrum geopend.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dermanzorg beoogt intra- en extramurale zorg toegankelijker, passender, warmer kwalitatiever te maken voor mensen met een migratieachtergrond.<\/strong><br \/>\nDit doen wij onder andere door aandacht te hebben voor cultuurspecifieke voeding, muziek. inrichting en de inzet van professionals die vanuit ervaring gespecialiseerd zijn in cultuur sensitieve zorg- en hulpverlening.<\/p>\n<p><h3>Woonzorg &#038; Respijtzorg<\/h3><br \/>\n<strong>Langdurig verblijf<\/strong><br \/>\nHeeft u door bijvoorbeeld dementie, ziekte of ouderdom intensieve zorg en\/ of begeleiding nodig? Derman Woonzorg biedt de benodigde zorg en behandeling aan in een veilige, huiselijke omgeving, waarbij we goed kijken en luisteren naar wat u zelf nog kunt en wilt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wij bieden cultuursensitieve zorg<\/strong><br \/>\nAandacht, warmte, ruimte voor eigen regie en een omgeving waarin u er echt toe doet. Bij Derman Woonzorg doen we er alles aan om een warme huiselijke sfeer te cre\u00ebren en te behouden. Wij bieden cli\u00ebntgerichte en cultuur passende zorg. Derman Zorg houdt in haar werkwijze rekening met de islamitische waarden en normen. Zo worden er alleen halal maaltijden geserveerd en hebben we aandacht voor gebedsdiensten. Derman Woonzorg biedt alle ruimte aan bewoners om hun religie te belijden. Onze zorgverleners bieden u uitgebreide specialistische zorg en ondersteuning bijvoorbeeld bij zorgvragen ten gevolge van dementie, diabetes of reuma.
